By purchasing any product from Tiltz, you acknowledge that installation and use of our products are performed entirely at your own risk.
Our products are intended to be installed by individuals familiar with the proper installation and operation of electric motorcycle and e-bike electrical systems. Improper installation, modification, misuse, abuse, accidents, or failure to follow instructions may result in damage to the vehicle, electrical components, property, or personal injury.
Tiltz is not responsible for any damage, injury, loss, or expenses arising from:
- Improper installation or wiring
- Incorrect use or misuse of any product
- Modification of the product or vehicle
- Use of products outside their intended purpose
- Normal wear and tear or abuse
- Damage caused by other vehicle components or electrical faults
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiltz’s liability is limited solely to the purchase price of the product. Tiltz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their specific vehicle before purchasing and installing any product.
